Chakra Yoga: Understanding the Realms of Consciousness This session has been canceled.
Transformation begins when we understand that there is no separation between the mind, body, and spirit–appreciating the inter-dependency of all moments, great and small, light and dark, as whole and sacred. This intensive is designed to offer a deeper look into how to align and "read" the body physically, symbolically, and energetically. Using the tools of yoga, the chakra system, and Shadow work, Seane helps us to locate, see/listen, and interpret the challenges we experience in our mind/body and shift them into wisdom and understanding. Seane will teach us how the chakra system provides us with a roadmap that affirms this perception and presents a formula to make it tangible.
Here we will explore the Three Realms of Consciousness–the physical/mental, the energetic/emotional, and the psychic/symbolic. These three realms create a holistic pathway for self-investigation: the key for personal transcendence. This understanding can provide us with an anchor for healing limited beliefs, destructive patterns, and self-sabotaging behaviors. Through an embodied all-levels yoga practice, meditation, and visualization, in addition to emotional and creative "processing," we can learn how to read our own bodies and "see" more clearly into our body energy and wisdom, bringing all realms into greater balance.
Learn how self-confidence is the necessary tool for intuitive work, how to use your body to create a deeper relationship with Spirit, and how, through prayer, we can be of service to Spirit and to the world around us. The intention of this workshop is to reconnect to our bodies, gain emotional insight, explore our individual Soul's purpose, and cultivate skills–both physically and psychically–to spiritually assist each other and the planet we inhabit.

Chakra Yoga: Exploring The Mind-Body-Heart Connection
Thursday session has been canceled.
In this informative and creative all-levels yoga class, we will journey through the chakras (or energy centers of the body) and explore their physiological and psychological aspects. Through movement, breath, visualization, intention, and prayer we can gain insight on how these energy centers, when blocked, can affect our physical health and emotional clarity. This class offers a glimpse into the possibilities of personal transformation through wisdom, self-responsibility, and forgiveness.

Illuminating the Shadow and Embodying the Light
Our bodies remember everything, and although we may have skills for emotional reconciliation, if we haven't truly processed our wounds or emotions, then that Shadow energy stays suppressed in our body and manifests as tension. Tension can become the internalized resistance that keeps us from being present, open, and available to each other and the planet. It is also the number one cause of illness today. Therefore releasing this energy and understanding its root causes becomes a critical pathway for wellness and emotional release.
In this keynote presentation, Seane will explore the importance of understanding the mind/body connection and why including embodied practices into your spiritual/emotional work is a necessary component in holistic integration and healing. Seane will lead us through a gentle yoga practice combining movement, breath work, meditation, and prayer to enable us to release areas of physical contraction while also learning about the connection between our Shadow aspects, our body, and optimal health. Understanding the interdependency of the mind/body and utilizing the skills of yoga and self-investigation as tools for actualization deepens our body's ability to heal, our mind's readiness to open, and our heart's capacity to love.
